Brief
introduction of BOPA film
• properties of Polyamide.
Polyamide( PA ), is a
polymer whose molecular chain is composed of many repetitive amide
groups. It's usually called Nylon.
Since its existence,
polyamide is first used for synthetic fibers, and then for
plastic. It has good physical mechanical property and good applied
effect, so it can produce the most product in general engineering
plastics, just less than the output of PET film.
Comparing with normal
plastics, polyamide has advantages of antifriction, coriaceousness,
chemical proofing, heat-resisting, cold proofing, easy-forming,
self-lubricating, non-poisonous ness, easy-dyeing etc. and its
manifest feature is low oxygen transmissibility, that's the reason
they impressed people in the packaging field.
• Variety of PA film
PA films are mainly Nylon 6,
Nylon 66, Nylon 11, Nylon 12, copolyamide and the newly developed
aramid polyamide and among which Nylon 6 is widely used in
packaging. According to the different ways of film's forming,
Nylon for packaging is divided into four types:
• Biaxial oriented film.
• Uniaxial oriented film
• Unoriented film
• Co-extruded multi-layer
film or composite film.
• Usage of biaxial oriented
film
Biaxial oriented Nylon 6 is
a highly-nyxisresisting film, which is also good at impact,
friction and bending strengths as well as air-interclude property.
However, it has poor heat sealability, so it is usually used to
compound product with base material film which has good heat
sealability. And the product is mainly used for food packaging.
• For packaging of frozen
food, utilizing its properties of high strength, highly-nyxisresisting
and high cold proofing.
• For packaging of the
liquid flavoring agent for Chinese noodle with soup, utilizing its
high strength, highly-nyxisresisting and high oil resistance.
• For packaging of boiling
fasting food, utilizing its high oil resistance, heat proofing,
air-intercluding and highly nyxisresisting.
